Attic rewire to become master bedroom, and to be insulated. New bathroom heat vent light combo. Second floor ceilings completly rewired (all wiring was done below actual ceiling) with ceiling fan boxes installed. All recessed lights replaced with "IC" type, one section of basement rewired so ceiling could be closed up and insulated.
